How fast can I get started after signing up?

Usually within 3–5 days. You sign up → send stock → we receive in UK → you start selling.

How much do you charge for UK storage, picking, packing and shipping?

Can I get cheaper rates than Royal Mail or DHL for UK delivery?

Yes – our rates start at £3.99–£4.99 for standard parcels (much cheaper than posting yourself from Pakistan).

How do you deliver orders in the UK in 48 hours from Pakistan?

Your stock is already in our UK warehouse. Order comes → we pack same day → deliver in 1–2 days via Royal Mail/DPD/Evri.

Do customers see a UK local address as the sender or Pakistan?

100% UK local return address. Customer never knows it came from Pakistan.

Which UK couriers do you use?

Royal Mail 24/48, DPD, Evri, Hermes – tracked and reliable.

Can I offer same-day or next-day delivery and Amazon Prime-like badges?

Yes – you can show “Free Next-Day Delivery” or “Prime badge” on your store.

Do you provide branded tracking pages and SMS/email notifications?

Yes – fully branded tracking page + automatic SMS & email just like TCS/Leopards.

How do UK returns work? Who pays return shipping?

Customer sends back to our UK address (free for them if you offer free returns). We receive → inspect → refund or restock.

Where do customers send back their returns – Pakistan or UK address?

Always our UK local address – never Pakistan.

How fast do I get my money back after a return is received?

Within 5–7 working days – directly to your bank or PayPal.

Can I offer 14-day or 30-day free returns to UK customers?

Yes – most of our brands offer 14–30 days free returns. We handle everything.
